Memorial Day Weekend - Monday

The weather was a bit cool on Sunday morning, but the kids wanted to go on the jet ski, so we put their sweatshirts on and let them go! They had so much fun!

Later we went on a boat ride, stopped at Bracco's for lunch, and then went to Arnold's Park again!

Jordyn was being silly on the boat ...

We packed up to head home later that afternoon. We were about halfway home, when we could tell we were going run directly into a storm. So, we turned around and drove to my parent's house to wait it out! We ended up having supper with them, BJ, Devin and the kids. It actually worked out quite nicely! :)

We are looking forward to more weekends at the lake - but hopefully with warmer weather! :)

Memorial Day Weekend - Sunday

Sunday was a rainy day!

Jayla and Jax were all snuggled up in some warm blankets while the rest of us got ready for church ...

After lunch, I took the girls to paint! They had so much fun, and I was so proud of them! Jordyn did almost everything by herself. Jayla needed a little more help, but she still did a lot by herself!

On Sunday night the five of us went out to eat.

Then we went to Wal-Mart ... because what else do you do on a rainy day at the lake?! We bought squirt guns, and then we let the kids play with them on the deck for a little while (even though it was still raining) ...

Another busy, but fun day!

Memorial Day Weekend - Saturday

On Saturday afternoon we took the kids to the YMCA to swim. We had the whole place to ourselves, and the kids had so much fun!

The kids all wanted to dress alike on Saturday in their Barefoot shirts. :)

After dinner we headed to Arnold's Park!

Love these silly monkeys!

Our kids have "graduated" from most of the little kid rides. They had so much fun on the bigger kid rides!

After the rides, we had some ice cream and watched the Queen come in!

The kids loved watching the Queen come to shore!

Another great day!
